Concept
A jazz poster has to capture something that's inherently hard to pin down: improvisation, rhythm, a sound that shifts in the moment. Rather than illustrating the band literally, I leaned into visual rhythm itself, composition, color, and form working together to suggest the energy of a live performance before anyone's heard a single note.

Rajazz is a contemporary jazz ensemble known for its distinctive fusion sound, blending jazz elements with improvisation and melody in a way that sets them apart from a traditional jazz act. This poster was designed for their live performance at Cafe Kharabat, a show built around exactly the kind of spontaneous, layered musicality the band is known for.
